This specimen has an unusual formation. The Calcite has formed like a little cap, with the interior being hollow. The tiny, almost fibrous crystals are terminated on both the exterior and interior surfaces. This specimen is a pale pink colour, and fluoresces and lovely orange under Ultra Violet light. |
